Send a modified report

Hi everybody, I just finish my first report in NAV 4, I made it in a Virtual Machine because the customer is not in the same state...I have all the documentation to replicate the report, but really I don't want to create it again. Is there some way to send it to him? a file or something?

export the report as a fob file and then then can import it into their system
