Item Requisition for Jobs

Hello,

i am figuring out how i can create purchase orders in combination with jobs.

It seems that there is a missing link between job budgets en purchase requisition.

Until now i have the following steps in mind:
1) I create a sales order and attach it to a job card
2) Generate a purchase order from the requisition worksheet
3) Receive purchase order so that the items are in stock
4) Post the usage of items in the job journal and also the resources
5) Post purchase order so that the cost is generate as a job ledger entry
6) Create a sales invoice and collect the job usage
7) Delete the sales order????

It seems that the steps above are not natural in the way Navision should work.

Has someone have a suggestion how i can use jobs in combination with purchase orders in Navision 4.0 SP3. I want to budget some items and generate purchase orders for it. So that i don't have to use a sales order.
