In item budget form ctrl+F (Find) is not working

In item budget form I am not able to find any perticular item by ctrl+F
Why it is not working on this form? Is this is due to form is based on Buffer table? ](*,)

If you are refering to Purchase Budget Overview. Then use the Item Filter.
Yes in that form the list is built on the fly.
