Rounding error

Hi,
We have this kind of setup in our inventory:
ITEM A which is MTO with BOM
BASE UOM:SET - qty per=1
OTHER UOM: EACH Qty per = 1/3
Rounding precision=1
BOM OF A has the following components:
ITEM B - 1 PC
ITEM C - 1 PC
Sales Order has one line with ITEM A UOM=EACH, Qty= 30
With this scenario, the Planned order qty for ITEM A = 9.9999 and not a whole number. We are just beginning to use the system but I'm anticipating that the inventory of ITEM A will be affected by the decimal. Besides, we are not selling this item in decimals because they are figurines. Sure enough, when I look at the item card of ITEM A it says there are 9.9999 of this item in SO.
Where do I set something to make the figure round back to a whole number? The rounding precision works ok for our purchased item but strangely not for MTO.
