Import data with dataport

Hello,
I need import data from txt file to navision table.
With a dataport same caracters change.
for examples this text: 107;KÖLN; 107;Roßlau;
is imported like: 107;KÍLN;107;Rolau;
with cut and past from notepad to navision table the result is correct.
I work on navision 5.0 france on a machine with windows vista business italian.
How can I solve this problem.
