E-mail logging into Navision

Hi all!
Got the following error message after started up the e-mail dispatcher/logging function.
"The call to member Count failed. Collaboration Data Object returned the following message…"
and
"The call to member GetFirst failed. Collaboration Data Object returned the following message…"
When I click OK in the messagebox the logging function continues, tils it stops up again on a new mail.
There are both e-mails with attachments, like a .ppt file, and e-mails not containg any attachements.
I have just tried to do this trough the Navision client, not using a NAS client. I would like to now why it is stopping on this error?
Anyone that can help me?
