I just downloaded it and the file is still 5.0 W1 not 5.1.
It looks like the link still points to 5.0 W1. :oops:0 -
The "Last modified"-date of the SP1-site is still 4-12-2007..

While surfing through Partnersource, I only found a Local Critical Update 1 for 5.0. And it's only for Canadian localizations.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

The W1 version of 5.0 SP1 is ready for download. It's still captioned as N/A, but you can click on that hyperlink and it'll direct you to the download.

Just saw it on the NAV 5.0 page:
They've put two links to the 5.0 SP1-news page https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/products/navision/newsevents/news/50sp1.htm and to the Mobile-page https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/products/navision/Mobile.htm.
They still use navision in the URL's.

That's the same old version that's been there.
So I can repeat my line again:
The "Last modified"-date of the SP1-site is still 4-12-2007..

The "Last modified"-date of the SP1-site is now 4-3-2008.
Don't see any changes. W1-download is still 5.0.

For those with access to partnersource it is possible to see the new sp1-objects in a Dynamics Mobile VPC image:

It is not the offical release of 5.0 sp1. It's a vpc-image of Dynamics Mobile which is released with 5.0 sp1.
You can get access to partnersource when you work for a NSC.

It's interesting that they have Canada and Mexico as GR1.
It's one db as US, I'm guessing it's the language pack that they will be releasing? or is it going to be a separate database?0 -
I downloaded SP1 and did a technical upgrade of a 5.0 test database. One interesting result is that it reduced the used data space by almost 25%. Granted this was only a small 300 MB test database (Cronus with some other junk) but it is interesting. There are no bugs - only undocumented features.0

Thats probably because it had all the MAINTAIN sift buckets going. Obviously removing sift fields is going to reduce the database size.David Singleton0 -

That makes sense. This was a db that had not had any performance tuning. We converted a db that had a fair amount of performance tuning and the size reduction was around 10%.There are no bugs - only undocumented features.0 -
Hi,
I also cannot access the partnersource. Can someone please kindly upload it to mibuso. Mibuso is my only source for Navision new release.
Thank you very much

I think that after being down all weekend for maintenance that they are just under heavy load right now. I am getting continuous time out errors.David Singleton0
