Axapta Field Permission

Hello,

If you take a look at the field named Email on the Vendor Card you will see a little bitmap which if pressed will launch outlook. I have given a user Edit permissions for this field but he/she still can't access either the field and the bitmap I describe is not displayed either.

please can you advise how I can enable this field.
