Need Copy of Navision Financials 2.0D DE for migration to 5.

I have need to get a copy of the Navision Financials 2.0D DE (Deutchlnad) database that was created for Navision Financials. I need a backup of the basic database (no customizations) from the product CD or a FOB file It must be the version for DE 2.0D with no changes.
Please contact me if you have any copies of these objects, so that I can give you information for an FTP site to upload to.
