Where can i get the documentation on locking or deadlock problems and how to solve this kind of issues?

Look for Performance Troubleshooting guide (w1w1PerfTGuide.pdf) on MBS Tools CD and in download section.

Thanks for the reply. At what version of navision installer can I find the document? And I cannot find it too in the download section, can u please give me the link instead.

As I wrote, it is on the MBS Tools CD, not on the installer cd. You can download this cd from partnersource.

In download section is for you the video http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=808 and http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=809 - it is good to see it.
