NAS (job queue) cannot print

We are experiencing very weird problem with NAS.
We are using Job -queue to scheule printing a report that only print simple text (label) so in other words it does not need read-access to other table.
It works sometime and on other time it does not work and gave us error: "Cannot print to printer xxxxx".

We think it may have to do with table locking but the funny thing is that we can run NAV and run the report to print ok all the time?
We run the same process on the same computer but pointing to different database and it works fine.

We run the same process on different computer and also works fine.
The problem only occurrs on this particular computer and database. And this particular computer and database has lots of users (approx 100 users).
Anyone has any clue?
Is that possible that data locking cause the issue? But we can always print the report and run job queue dispatcher fine. is that possible that NAS has weak capability to lock the table compare to NAV?
Thank you for any inputs.

maybe check printer selection table. Some bad printer is setup?

Remember to define printers for the Windows-user you use to launch the NAS. You also need to connect those printers in Navision to certain reports (in case each report has it's printer to be used).

I'll try it next time, but to my opinion, I can print the report fine without NAS (just use NAV).

The problem only occurs on NAS.

And I have give the user (which is administrator) the full access to the printer (full-access it is default permission for administrator).

Kriki, how do you do "Remember to define printers for the Windows-user you use to launch the NAS"
Also "need to connect those printers in Navision to certain reports", is that through printer selection form?

Thank you for your responds, guys.

-"Remember to define printers for the Windows-user you use to launch the NAS"
=> Log into Windows with that user and check/create the printers. Then try to print.

-"need to connect those printers in Navision to certain reports", is that through printer selection form?
    =>Yes.

    I have exact same problem:

    - 64 bit
    - NAS printing PDF
    - Using Windows Tasks to NET START <NASNAME>
    - Problem MAY have occured AFTER installation of Invoice Workflow solution, but not sure
    - Yes, printer assigned in NAV printer selection
    - Yes, printer is default
    - Yes, have logged in as nas user and testet directly in NAV

The weird thing is that is HAS BEEN working and suddenly it doesn't :(

Another weird thing is that if we restart the server then it works (1-2 times?), but the day after it doesn't.

We have tried local administrator and domain administrator.

We have re-installed PDFCreator printer driver.

We have created and tried PDFCreator2 (new instance).

All with no result and it's driving me crazy..

    Please somebody help :)

    Best regards

    Did you ever resolve this?
