Getting error while trying to print a Purchase order

Hello there

I do not have much knowledge regarding archive. so wondering for some help.

While try to print a hard copy of our purchase order, I am keep getting this error message below

"""The document Dimension Archive already exists. Identification fields and values:
Table ID='38',Document Type='Order',Document No.='BB0175',Line No.='0',Doc. No. Ocurrence='1',Version No.='1',Dimension Code='DEPARTMENT'""""""""

I already find out the table that is connected to this error, but not sure what is this dimension archive is all about, and why and how does it already exists?

What version are you using? And were you able to duplicate this on the demo Cronus database?

If not, then it's a customization that's causing the problem.

Delete that entry. It is only archive entry and does not affect live data.
Probably the same record was entered, then commit was executed and finaly posting/archiving crashes.
I know there is commit in CU:80 that applies posting doc. no.

You can also copy document and delete existing one. Or... Temporary disable automatic archiving.
