[solved] Error: Reservation Entry: Assertion Fail

Anyone knows what is this error, and how to handle?

Reservation Entry: Assertion fail

It happens in mostly 2 areas ; when posting consumption, when finishing production orders.
in other transactions, I haven't found one of this error kind.

Please help.

Error
Posting automatic consumption failed with error message: "Assertion Failed: Reservation Entry".

This error would occur if Forward flushing method was used together with item tracking. Now the posting displays message "Lot number/ Serial number is required for item".
This has been corrected

It is from the NAV 4.00SP3 changelog from install CD. You need to compare Codeunit 99000838 from your version and the SP3 version and transfer the changes into your system if possible. It can solve your problem.
