Check Report (1401) in Nav 4+

Hi All;

In the old Nav (3.70 and below) setting the number of lines to print before a NEWPAGE was called was easy as there was a MAXITERATON or MAXLINES (if I recall).

Its actually been THAT long since I have had to do a cheque layout and now I am trying to do it in Nav (GB) 5.0 and I now cannot find this.

Can anyone point me in the direction for this new version ???

    In my older version you would find that proprty on the
    FYI
    PrintSettledLoop dataitem ->View properties
    We have our MaxIteration set to 25

    Sorry I don't know anything about ver 5

    Hi Harry,

    I recall that one, but even Base v4 (no sp) that option is not there :cry: In Fact, v3.70 doesn't seem to have it either ???

    Thanks Though

    View the c/al code on the sections for something like...
    OnPostSection or onPreSection
    CurrReport.NEWPAGE

    There should be some kind of counter if it uses that method. Does it print a Default 10 Lines? If posssible, I would export the report as a text file and it should be easy to spot what code or property is limiting the lines
