Hi,

Has anybody had any experiences good/bad with the VisionCRM NAV/MS CRM connector software from Vision People?

We have the Vision People connector and have had some issues with it. I am not sure if the problem is software or implementation. If anyone has either the Vision People or Scribe connectors, please provide some feedback.

We've used Scribe without any problems. It seems pretty popular.

Thank you for your reply. Could you answer the following questions based on your experience?

1. Does the Scribe product provide real time synch between CRM to Nav and Nav to CRM?
2. Do you build new contacts and accounts in CRM or in Nav?
3. Do you user CRM to view quotes, orders, and invoices? If so, do the quotes and orders in CRM change status when the related document in Nav chnages status as well?
4. Was all this functionality available "out of the box" or did was there modifications made to accomplish the synch by a partner?
