BNotification error

I am installing BN in my machine. But when I am creating scheme through "new template", I am receiving error "An error occurred while trying to connect to navsion. Please make sure that your client navision is running. Error details: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refuse it.". As stated in the error I tried to run navision client. and re-create a scheme, but the same error prompted again. What could be the possible cause of this error?
