I'm trying to restore an FBK i got from my client into a new test company (NAV 4.3, SQL 2005) and i keep getting the following error:

'The customer table contains a value in the Code field that cannot be used with Navision '

and a customer name is displayed, which contains a dutch/spanish character

Any help on how to restore this backup without problems?

This is probably a collation issue. Find out what the collation is of the original database, and apply that collation to the one you are trying to create.
