Problem running NAV 4.03 in VISTA.

Can anybody pls hel me out?? I Installed NAV 4.03 Client on Windows VISTA but when I tried to run FIN or FINSQL its throwing an error that "Some text Conversion is not possible" and shuts down the Navision.
Plz guide me whether VISTA supports NAV 4.03 or we can resolve this problem, If yes then HOW ?
