Assesssable Value Problem- India Localization

Hi ,
I am working on cronus databse of Sp3 India localization.
I am facing a problem when calculating excise duty on Assessable Value.
The problem is when change a qty in purchase line it is not calculating properly.
The scenario is
Item = A
Qty = 1
Unit cost = 71000, Total Amount = 71000
Assessable Value ( In purchase Line) = 10000
Excise duty % is = 8 ( This we fixed in excise setup on assessable value)
Excise Duty = 800
Cst ( 3 %) = 2154.72.
In this above scenario it is calculating properly.


But in this below scenaruion it is not calculating properly.
Item = A
Qty = 15
Unit cost = 71000
Total time = 1,065,000
Assessable Value = 10,000
Excise duty = 12,360
Cst 3 % = 32,320
In this example it is not calculating properly.
What is problem .
Where I missed the setups.
