Fin.exe Error box in Navision

Has anyone run into a problem in Navision 4.0 where an error box comes up titled FIN.EXE, you have to choose Y or N to report it to Microsoft, it then logs you off the Navision program automaticly. We are having this problem on a laptop. Any help to stop it would be greatly appreciated.

    Delete the zup files and find out what it sends to MS. Try reinstall Navision.

    Sometime can be the problem full "Event log". E.g. if you have some wrong component which each few seconds write error into event log, the log become full and fin.exe is ending with error in this case...

    We have this issue on a setup with Citrix.
    The box popups randomly & it feels like it, happens only overseas users, so the internet connection has been blamed.
