Hi...
Could someone, please, help me to understand the function of the field "status" in the Sales Order Form. I can not find any help about it, and can't understand the meaning of that field.
I know, when the status is Released that I can't modify the Sales Line (qty, etc...), but what else...?
thanx

Yep you have the purpose!
Apart from the control mechanism in adaptation to any process flow it appears on the view screens, but that is all!The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0 -
Thank you AdamRoue

Once the sales order is released, it can be picked up by the warehouse shipments to be shipped (if you use warehouse shipments).
I think it can also be used (=to be produced) in the production module from that moment on.Regards,Alain Krikilion
