Installation problem AX 4.0 (urgent)

I am trying to install Axapta on my system but iam getting an error in the middle. such as

Setup could not be complete. If any role cannot be installed because of an error, no roles after it are installed.

Database server - Installled
File server - Installed
Object server - Error

Object server log:
