zup file

When the clients changed the column width of form and add new fields to the form list, the zup file will not be saved. When the user login back, everything goes to the original. Does anyone happen to know why and how? Thanks!

My guess is the Save Column Width property on the form controls are disabled.

I'm going out on a limb... are the clients connecting within a LAN and we've established that each has a discrete zup file as may not be the case with certain remote connection types?

ZUP files are stored on client. So if you connect through terminal client, ZUP is stored on server.
You can store ZUP files on one place. I.e. using parameter on shortcut
    fin.exe id=\\server\share\%username%.zup,nettype=tcp
