Allocations

Dear All,

I have got an issue with the allocations. Sometimes; but not constantly - I try to allocate a payment with an invoice - both of them already posted - and it posts without allocating anything. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

I have seen this on a number of versions and a number of ways. Generally it relates to the way you are doing it, the menu paths, the buttons being pressed etc. The simplest one I remember was the user not hitting the OK button. So depending upon your steps, version and situation it will be one of these. It is difficult to track, because once you "think" about the steps you always do them.
