This is just to help the Navision developer who is unfamiliar with Navision Application Server but wants to start learning more. Plus it gives an example of using basic VB code to send data to NAS by means of message queue, without using the Navision communication components (Thanks to my brother Josh). It's by no means meant to be a solution, it's only a beginning...
