Assign user to menu

When you assign user to a specific menu, it will affect to all companies in DB. Is there anyway to assign user to specific menu in one company and disable he/her to access same menu in another company in the same DB?

Is there any access to that table where these menu assign are stored?

    Create user permissions only for particular company.

    Yes you can assign permissions to each users and these permissions has the option where you can specify the company. If you have only one company in one database, then you don't need to select the company, but where you have more than one company, you can specify the companies for the permission,
