Problem: Blank additional approval created

Hello,
I use additional approvals to approve a purchase, but when the approvals are created, appears an approval with the "Approval ID" blank in the approval document, so I can't approve anyone.
Does anybody know why this might happen? Is it a standard error?
I read here that there are some bugs ins this section.

That was because I don't have configure correctly the User Setup table, i forgot to put the ID Approval. :oops:
