Reply messages to NEP MSMQ Request

Hi,

I tried to configure NEP with NAV 5 and wss 3.0. No matter what i try i get the error "Communication error (10114): No reply received from Back End System (Time Out)". I tried eveything i know so far. My NAS is also runing good i think. And the request message in the MSMQ request queue gets created. But there is no reply.

Can anyone tell how i can get this thing working please
