Communication error with MessageBus! Name resolution failure

Problem with Business Notification installation
Have installed others without that problem.
Messages hare written to the isolated folder, but iis web services seems unable to get them and write to BN database.
The only difference with other installations is that the navision server is on other port than the default.
Please help.
