Mouse scrolling

Hi,

We're using Navision 4.0 SP2 here in the office and some of our users are having a funny issue with mouse wheel scrolling. Some of the users when they scroll are goinig side to side in all forms and tables rather than up and down. Any ideas??

    I have seen that as well. I would check the mouse setting for scrolling in control panel and also that you've installed the driver for the mouse.

    Do this happens without navision? I mean when navision is not running..

    If not, normally the cause of this is defective mouse. Try to replace the mouse with a working one. If it doesn't work and you are using a laptop your mouse track point may have a deffect, if you are using a desktop your mouse port may also have deffect (try to use a usb mouse). :)
