Shipment without Order Nav 5.00

Is it possible on Nav to create a shipment without an order before ?
I would like to create directly a shipment for my customer

Why do you need a shipment before?
If it's just for printing then create the Order and print a document that looks like a shipment.

No, there is no standard way how to create shipment without order/invoice - because it has no "logic" in the system to have posted document not based on some other document...
