How to turn on Index Hinting for NAV?

I've heard of the arguments for Index Hinting. I want to incorporate it into my methods to optimize SQL using NAV.

I've searched the properties in NAV and couldn't find Index Hinting property. Is it something on the SQL Mgnt Studio that I need to turn on? And can I turn it on per table? Or does it have to be for the whole DB?
