Filtergroups On Marked Records

I have a form with a look up to the item table. Depending on certain conditions met i mark the records and only present these marked records on the look up. Is there any way that i can then stop the show all button presenting the whole list of items. I think i need to use a filtergroup but am unsure. Any help would be appreciated.

No, you cannot use filtergroups for MARKs. But better will be to insert the records into temporary table and open the form over this temp table.
