Problem Importing Object that Overwrite Existing Table

Hello
I have a navision database where the database name is '366-NaviDB'. When I try to import objects where a table exists with new fields or Keys I have the following error:

The Following SQL-Server error(s) occured while accessing the Sales Header(or any table) table:
15333, "42000", [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Error: The qualified @oldname references a database 9366-NAVIDB) other than the current database.

Can you please explain me why I have this message? I login as the database owner (sa) and I have the same problem either I open client at a PC or at the server running the SQL. I wish someone can help because I don't want to think that the reason is that the database name starts with a number and not with a letter (366-NAVIDB)
