Internal Error 1334

Got this error message when I tried to push All Objects Button on the Permissions Form.

...Internal Error 1334 in module 19...

Any ideas as to why I get this?

First sign of something not being ok after the upgrade from 2.0 to 4.03 (only data) to 5.0 was a problem with the customer license file. Access problems to table 7002. It works with the developer license file but the customer Super user could not access that table. And when I looked around in the Permissions form I got this error. No matter what line I'm on I got the same error when pushing the button.
