Export to Excel from toolbar Excel in 5.0 OLE msg

I have a customer who is reporting that when they press the Excel button in the toolbar in 5.0, the get a message that says "Could not create an instance of the OLE control or automation server identified by GUID={F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221}- 6.0 {88D96A05-F192-11D4-A65-004009632551E5} Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class. Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered. It works here in the office for me. She is running Office 2003. Ideas? I was thinking this was MSXML but am not sure...

Control in the customer DB if forms 690 and 691 are compiled as yours. If so, it's wrong ...maybe...because the customer will probably have a different path to read the stilesheets...surely every single client can have his own different path...the solution is to place these two files (the stilesheets) under a shared folder on your customer's server and retry...
