Trial Balance Detail/Summary speed issue

I have a client that is trying to run the TB Detail Summary report. When they uncheck the Print Transaction Detail option the report just spins for 30 minutes +. The first page doesn't even come up. Any ideas? All other reports are running fine. It just seems to be this report.
