Hi,
I have a client using Nav 4.2 SQL Server Option.
When I select item by location in item card, there is wrong qty calculation for one location.
the qty is 4300, but when I drilldown and then copy paste the item ledger entry into the excel, I found that the qty is not 4300 but 0....
I backup the db, and then restore into Nav 4.2 Native fdb.
when I select the item by location, the qty is 0!!
and when I drill down, copy paste into excel the entry is same with before....
is it a bugs in sql server or what...
do you have any case like this, and how to solve it?
thank you...

If you are using 4.0 SP3 for SQL you are probably experiencing a known bug with the way SIFT is implemented -- sometimes the flowfields are calculated incorrectly.
Contact your MS for the hotfix. I'm sorry I don't have the knowledge base article number handy.
The first hotfix that MS released had another bug in it related to locking. The hotfix (for the hotfix) was addressed in knowledge base article kb945349
