NAV 4.0 License without Responsibility centers

Hi, we got a license for the NAV4.0 which does not contain the responsibility center...
The problem is now that when you want to create a new Sales/Purchase header... we immediatly receive the error that we dont have the permission to read the responsibility center table
We are setup as SUPER so we have all rights...
The responsibilty center isnt included in the license...
DO we have to buy this granule now or is this some kind of setting,
we dont use the resp center so i dont see why we should buy it

Did you build it from cronus database?
Anyway as can occur sometimes you will find then when testing with a partner license you post documents etc which populate more tables then a clients license has access to.
Check table 5714 and make sure it is empty then also check through your open and posted documents and make sure there is no responsibility centres theres.
You can also give permission to table 5714 as long as there is nothing int here it should be ok.
