problems with Planning worksheet - URGENT

yesterday i have run the mrp (Planning worksheet) and this operation caused, in table reservation entry, many records with a "source type"=32 and with an empty "source id". This caused me a problem with the assist edit button in item tracking form, that i already solved. But today, when the users try to post consumption journals the system give me this error message: "Assertion failed: Reservation entry". this happened because in codeunit 99000838 in procedure "TransferPOCompToItemJnlLine" the variable transferqty is not equal to 0. How can i solve this problem.
