Good Implementation Books?

Can anyone recommend a good ERP Implementation book? I know there's not much out there specifically for Navision, so general ERP implementation is fine.

    I've quickly seen David Go-Live Implimentation Online book. Does that help you any? or are you looking for very heavy details?

    Yeah, I've taken a look at that as well. I am looking for something with more detail. Something like the first books here:

    Maybe you can have a look at Understanding Peoplesoft 8. Although the title say Peoplesoft but the guides can be used on other ERP software. I bought a copy 4 years back. The authors are from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young
