VAT Posting Group

I know its probable something stupid im missing but can someone tell what i need to do to fix this please. Thanks.

The VAT Posting Setup does not exist.

Identification fields and values:

VAT Bus. Posting Group='NATIONAL',VAT Prod. Posting Group=''

maybe in a table these posting groups (sales or purchase lines I suppose) there is a line with the values you get in the error. Obviously this setup National, '' does not exist...

You should define VAT Prod. Posting Group in line wherever you get this error.
Perhaps your Customer/vendor is not set up correctly.
