The Online Help Toolkit contains tools and information that you need to write and compile HTML Help for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. See GettingStarted.chm to learn how to customize and write help for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. It lists the software you need, describes how to set up the template project, and how to add topics to the Help system.

An overview of these tools and processes is included in Online Help Guide.pdf, which explains how to organize your files on disk, how to install and use the template project, how to write Help using the correct styles and layout, and how to compile your help using GATE. Additionally, the guide explains aliases, the Object.txt file and object codes, how modular Help systems work, and how to test your Help project.
