Job Attahcments don't exist!

I'm getting the below error on a helpdesk system in NAV, any ideas?
The Job Attachments does not exist.

Identification fields and values:

Type='',Document No='TK001234',Entry No.='0'

    U have wriiten some wrong there is problem in ur coding.plz tell me what wrote?

    I haven't written anything, just went to use a function i always do and this is coming up now!
