It is possible to track ANY change in Navision, but it has to be used with great care because it can make the DB grow exponentially and make it crawl if you track all. Form 592:"Change Log Setup" is used to define the setup.
So track ONLY the tables+fields you REALLY need.

If you setup this module, all the changes/insertions/deletions made by users will be logged (just for the fields/tables you set it up). It means you can see that user xy changed field ab from value A to value B at date and time ABC in table T on record 123.
