Ls Retail - Action and preaction records

Hi ,
I was checking my replication to see if ecerything is ok and I noticed that on the action, preaction and preaction log tables are all there from the begining of the system. It is any way to delete all those records or keep the last 2- 3 weeks ?
On the Ls scheduler setup i have the setup to keep the action for 14 days and preactions for 60 days.
My question is the purge done automatically or I have to run something ?
