Find flowfields with Property "Editable=TRUE"

Is there any way to find all flowfields where the Property EDITABLE is set to TRUE?

I don't have the licence to use the Developer Toolkit.
So i want to use a CU - for examble with the Table 2000000041 (Fields) to filter all Flowfields.
Then I must check the property EDITABLE for every flowfield.

Is this possible?

By default the property is editable. So you don't see it in text the default properties.
You don't see them in developer toolkit either.
