No exactly, I would like to give to the user the posibility to specify the bitmap without use the designer.

I thinking in use pictures boxes.

Should it be posle for the user, to resize the large of the pictur :?:
If yes, this is with some codelines possible.

You can use Image control connected to some BLOB field and transparent button. You cannot change the property on button in runtime...
