create invoice from posted shipment

Can anyone pls tell me how i should create an invoice from a posted shipment?

If the shipment is already posted in your order, then go to invoices. Create a invoice select the customer, press the button Function > Get Shipment Lines. You can now view all of the posted shipment. Highlight the lines you want to retrieve and click Ok.
