Increase Unit Cost on Multiple Item Cards

Im trying to increase the Unit Cost on the Item card for a group products for a specific vender, i've had a look at 'Adjust Item Cost/Prices' but this wont work for the Unit Cost.
Any ideas how to do a % increase on the Unit Cost over a group of items form a specific vender?

Depending upon what your costing method is there are several ways

Standard Cost worksheet where you can update the direct unit cost which is what u want

or go to the Vendor select prices and update the direct unit cost there.

You can still use the update costs/prices job but you will have to understand how it does it,

Once you start recieving the stock and adjusting it the unit cost should start updating to the new cost as well (i think) :) but updating the indirect cost will update the unit cost appearing on the line

The contents of this field will be copied to purchase lines and item journal lines and will be used to calculate the value in the Unit Cost (LCY) field on a purchase line and the Unit Cost field on an item journal line.

Unit Cost (LCY) = Direct Unit Cost * (100% + Indirect Cost %)

    Unit Cost = Unit Amount * (100% + Indirect Cost %)

If the items are in stock, you can increase the unit cost with the revalation journal. Use the function "Calculate Inventory Value", (filtering on the Vendor No.) to fill the journal, and enter the new value in the fields "Unit cost (Revalued)" or "Inventory Value (Revalued)".

If you want to automatically increase the unit cost by an indirect cost for all future purchases, you can enter the %-value in the field "Indirect Cost %" on the item card. This will then generate an additional value entry with entry type "Indirect Cost" when the purchase is posted.
